Chad has over 27 years of experience in international & domestic sales, marketing, project management and real estate. In addition to helping clients find their perfect home, Chad applies his extreme technology proficiency to the management of the team’s internal operations, finances and online advertising. Chad holds a BBA in finance from the College of William and Mary and he carries the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations.
